Detailed description for LPG gas hose:
1. Hose Structure:
Hose structure is very important to hoses, our factory has been adopting better compound rubber formula and good synthetic rubber material , no recycled rubber mixed to guarantee the hose use time and security. We have much confidence in LPG gas hose, since the quality is well-accepted in the markets pf the EU, the North America and Oceania.
Inner layer: It is made of synthetic rubber NBR which is the most used material for oil and gas hoses, and the NBR is made by LPG-endurable, oil-endurable, breathabilityen durable formula.
Intermediate reinforced layer: it is high strengthen weaving fiber braided, the common fiber is polyester thread, with the fiber braided reinforcement, the hose pressure can be guaranteed. If two layers of weaving fiber, the pressure will be higher.
Outer layer: It is made of synthetic SBR and NR rubber for its good wear resistance. it uses special rubber which endure whether changing.
2. Specification:
The inner diameter sizes for LPG gas hose are from ID 1/4" to 1/2" ( 6mm ~ 13mm ).
ID 6mm, 8mm and 10mm are the most popular sizes in the markets according to our factory experience, these sizes are the most export sizes
in our factory, occupying large part of gas hose markets.

The working pressure is 20 bar ( 300psi ) and the burst pressure is 60 bar ( 900psi ). Our factory has s set of machine to test the burst pressure.
The standard length is 100m per roll for the sizes 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 13mm.
The length can be 50m, 20m etc, it mainly depends on customers' specific requirement.
We can also produce the hose with just several meters like 2m, 5m etc. Sometimes, these hoses in short length are fitted with connectors. We have been producing lpg gas hose assemblies in 2m and 5m length with brass female left-hand thread to the UK.
3. Hose standards:
BS EN 599 is standard for rubber hose used for welding, cutting and allied processes.
BS EN ISO 3821 is standard for rubber hoses used for welding, cutting, etc.
BS3212 is standard for flexible rubber tubing used in LPG vapour phase.
4. Package and Shipment:
Package for LPG gas hose:
For black color hose, we use transparent OPP films to pack the hoses.
for colored hose like red, orange, blue, yellow etc, they are firstly packed by transparent OPP films and then packed by polystripes.
Sometimes, for hose assembly in pieces, they can be packed in cartons or polybags with header card. It all depends on clients' requirement for package.
Shipment:
We ship the goods by sea, by air and by express. If by sea, Ningbo or Shanghai port is OK.
The Lead time is mainly depends on the quamtity.
5. Additional products for LPG gas hose:
We can supply some products which is related with lpg gas hose, these products can be used with lpg gas hose together like hose couplings, clamps ( iron or stainless steel) , gas valves etc. We have stable suppliers of these products. 6. LPG gas hose assembly:
The regular lpg gas hose assembly is with brass and iron Couplings.
We have been exporting large amount of ID 8mm gas hose assembly with 3/8" brass left-hand female thread to the EU markets like the UK.
And we produce hose assemblies with iron fitting for one of customers from Korea, feedbacks of quality are good.
7. Colors for LPG gas hose:
Our factory can produce lpg gas hoses with different colors according to customers' request. The regular colors can be orange, black, red, blue etc. Orange color is the most popular color for gas hose in the markets.
