Applications:
For industrial usage, it is used in gas system of industrial device; for household usage, it is used in family gas cooker, oven etc.
Scope of application: applied to the circulation of liquefied fuel gas or gaseous fuel, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), MPS (propene propadiene blends), natural gas (CNG) and methane (CH4) with working pressure less than 2.5 Mpa ( 25 bar).
Various acpects description For LPG gas hose:
1, The regular inner diameter sizes for gas LPG hose is fro1/4” to 1/2” ( ID 6mm to 13mm). The most popular sizes are 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. These sizes have been selling well in the markets.
2, The working pressure for gas LPG hose is 20 bar (300psi), and burst pressure is 60 bar (900psi). We have a series of equipment to test burst pressure in our factory.
3, Gas hose colors can be black, orange, red, blue, yellow etc. Generally speaking, standard color for gas hose is orange and the most popular color is orange in the markets.
4, The inner tube for gas LPG hose is synthetic NBR, good oil resistance and the reinforcement is high tensile polyester fiber braided. The outer tube is NR and SBR, good wear resistance.
5, About the package of gas LPG hose, for black color hose, it is well packed by transparent OPP films; for colored hose, it is double package, firstly well packed by transparent OPP films and then packed by poly stripes in order not to get dirty because of environment. If necessary, it will be well packed in cartons or polybags with header card for pieces. We can also pack the hoses according to customers’ specific requirements.
6. The standard length for gas LPG hose is 100m per roll or 50m per roll. Sometimes, the lengths can be several meters like 2m, 5m etc. It depends on customers’ request.
7. About the shipment for gas LPG hose, we can ship the goods by sea, by air and by express. If by sea, Ningbo or Shanghai port is OK. The lead time is mainly depends on the quantity. Generally speaking, 30 days for a 20’ FCL.
