Air Shower Pass Box is matched with conveyor, used for full automatic producing line which required clean class level.

Air shower is a kind of partial clean equipment which is installed at the partition between the clean and non-clean rooms. It’s used for people and goods to shower before entering the clean area. After using it, the dust could effectively be reduced to enter the clean area and maintain the normal working status.

We can assembly air showers or passages in various lengths as per the number of people that may enter into the clean room.
Shower means: one side shower, double sides shower, three sides shower, top shower.

Roller conveyor applies to convey all kinds of goods such as boxes, bags, pallets etc., the bulk material, small article and irregular goods should be put on pallets or turnover box. Roller conveyor can convey single heavy material, or bear the larger impact load.
Roller line is easy to link, it can combine multiple roller lines and other conveyor or special machines to form complex logistics conveying system to complete various process.

The steps of Pass box and Conveyor:

Princeples:

They are cominbed with pass through box and conveyor.

Pass through box's material is powder coated steel or stainless steel, it is composed of two automatic sliding doors, HEPA filters,, primary filters, Blower fans, Nozzles. When goods into pass through box, it will be infrated by sensor to blowing to remove the dust particle from goods, the two doors are interlocked, it means that one door open, the other one must be closed, therefore it is prevent the airflow convection between non clean room and clean room, to keep the cleanliness of clean room.

The conveyor is L type, which is usually installed in the corner of workshop, suitable for the narrow space.

The workers put the goods on the conveyor, it is moving to the entrance door of pass box, it will open automatically, then moving on into pass box, the 2 doors close and the conveyor stops, then the pass box is blowing and reomving the dust particles from goods, after blowing, the exit door will open automatically, the conveyor will conintues to moving on , the exit doors will be closed, when goods arrive the end point and no worker takes it away, the coveyor will stop.

Testing in factory:
