Design Feature
★CGF40-40-10 three in a normal pressure filling machine is mainly
composed of a transmission part, dial, filling and sealing cap
part, part of several parts, transmission system and stepless speed
regulating device etc..
1. conveyor belt part:
The bottle is sent to the three in one filling machine in the last
process. After the filling and sealing of the foil, the bottle is
sent to the next process by a speed adjustable conveyor belt. The
conveyor chain plate is made of stainless steel.
2. driving plate part:
★The whole tray assembly is composed of a bottle in, a tray, a
plurality of transition dials and a bottle out tray.
★The function of the bottle pushing tray is to divide the bottles
sent from the air delivery channel into a certain distance.
★Dial transition role is played in the bottle to the filling and
filling capping to transition between transfer, two dial structure
is basically the same, three dial for bottle mouth transmission.
Three dials should keep the transmission unobstructed, and can not
have the big shake, but causes the bottle mouth material overflow.
★In the production process, if the bottle mouth material overflow
is serious, the relevant parts should be checked and adjusted
immediately. If you need to replace the bottle type with different
bottle mouth diameter, you only need to change the dial.

We also have linear type washing-filling-capping machine for 0-2L
bottle and 3-10L bottle.
The capacity of linear type is not faster than 3-in-1, and it's floor area is slightly larger, but the price is more cheaper than 3-in-1.
