A: Yes. This may be extra charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size. (Usually 5$ for per logo, on the basis of the size of logo)You may send us high resolution artwork in AI, JPG, PDF or PSD.

Q:Can you design one specially?

A: Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements, then we will custom make for you. The moq is 1 set.

Q: What included in products?

A: Blower, repair kit(including the same colors material). package bag.

Q: What kind of guarantee you give?

A: 1years' limited warranty. It’s long distance to ship goods back, so we send repair kit for

every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material)

to repair, and we are happy to guide you through if there’s any problem.

Q:How to pay?

A: We accept payments mainly by T/T (bank wire transfer), Western Union, Generally 50% deposit, balance after production (100% for urgent orders). Also, you can send us payment receipt/slip to get production started first because international remittance usually takes 3 working days.

Q: Shipping?

A: Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5-7 business days
