Application

Can be used to detect ballpoint pens, neutral pen core, detection marker and whiteboard pen, can meet the two types of writing machine functions. The writing machine can detect the initial writing performance of the pen core, inking, line length, the written wear and other writing performance indicators, can also detect ink writing quality, is a pen factory, pen core factory, Ink factory indispensable testing equipment.

Principle

The machine simulates the state of writing with a pen, puts the sample on a certain load, and writes a circle mark at a certain speed to check whether the structure and performance of the sample are intact.

• writing speed of refill (in meters per minute)
• paper advancement (in mm per revolution)
• length of writing test (in meter)
• automatic stop after a predefined writing length (in meter)
• momentary pause and restart at same speed and paper advancement
• writing angle
• writing force ranging from 0.7 to 2 N (definable at order)
