Metal Anti-static Surface Clamp Joint Pipe Fitting For Lamp Support HJ-13D

Description:

The HJ-13D is a metal anti-static connector that allows you to connect a pipe with a surface. This connector is a prime choice if you need to secure the surface solidly onto your Flexpipe structure. If you want to create multiple anchor and support points, this connector is the best solution in the Flexpipe system. Unlike other clamping solutions in the system, this one will create the most uniform look of all.

This joint eliminates the need to use EMT-1 and the AO-SHIM that goes with it. This is possible because the Connector itself acts as a shim. This solution creates a stronger bond between the pipe and the surface. To assemble an HJ-13D, you need to group an H-10D and an H-11D with one M6-12 bolt and one M6 nut.

The HJ-11D is the only joint in the Flexpipe system that doesn’t use a standard connector bolt. Make sure you have selected the right bolt when purchasing the parts necessary to assemble this metal joint. The right Bolt for this joint is the M6-12, which requires an M6.

It is used for the strong connection between the composite pipe and the plate.

Metal joints are available as H (28mm) components or HJ (28mm) joint sets.

H-components are joined together with common sized nuts and bolts to form HJ joint sets.

All Metal joint sets are designed to hold the nut so only a simple hex wrench is required for assembly or disassembly.

Chorming Metal joints are available for use with ESD rated Creform pipe for structures in anti-static applications.

HOW TO INSTAL

1- Make sure you have the following parts:
1H-10D
1 H-11D
1 M6-12
1 M6
1 28mm pipes of your choice
1 spanner 5mm tip
2-Take a connector H-10D and a connector H-11D and group them around the PE1 pipe.
3-Take a M6-12 bolt and a M6 nut and insert them into the corresponding openings. Make sure to put the bolt on the more accessible side.
4- Tighten completely the M6-12bolt and M6 nut together until the HJ-13D attached firmly to the PE1 pipe. A force of 9.8 Nm is recommended for this step.
5- Fix the HJ-13D on the surface of your choice with one appropriate screw for the select surface.
