Modular hard wall clean rooms provide the rigidity and durability of a freestanding room, unlike other modular structures that require internal bracing or ceiling supports. Select among three different panel materials and many lighting, pass-through, security-access and other options. All components are factory-assembled and tested before shipping. Configure the ceiling grid with modules such as lights and fan/filters to meet ISO 5 – 8 (Class100- Class 10000) requirements.

Structure: The frame of hard wall clean booth has two selections: stainless steel and aluminum alloy;

The stainless steel can resist corrosion and has high structural strength; aluminium alloy structure leads to easy assembly, standard accessories and good air tightness;

Ceiling: Aluminium-plastic panel is light in weight, easy to install, and has multiple colors for selection; Other transparent panes are also OK.

Wall: Transparent acrylic sheet is high in strength and low in price. The anti-static transparent PVC sheet may lead the surface static electricity to the underground to keep the surface from absorbing dust or fiber. It is applicable to modular clean room that requires high demand for cleanliness and static. If reduce the cost, tempered glass is a choice.

FFU: Excellent energy-saving draught fan will be adopted, whose noise and energy consumption are on the low side. Meanwhile, the draught fan can be designated by customers, such as EBM of Germany. The casing is made of powder coated steel, galvanized aluminum steel or stainless steel.

Control system: The control system has been developed by ZHISHENG on its own. FFU is controlled in group or is under centralized control of PLC. It can regulate the wind speed, differential pressure, temperature and humidity of EFU (applicable to system with air conditioner).
