3K 200g 0.3mm Twill Weave Carbon Fiber Fabric For Reinforcement, Surface Decoration

Carbon fiber fabric is woven from carbon fibers in unidirectional, plain weave or twill weave. Carbon fiber fabrics have features of thermal insulation, electrical insulation and perform great fatigue resistance. When accurately engineered, carbon fabric can achieve the tensile strength and hardness of metals at significant weight savings. Carbon fiber fabrics can be infused with different resin including epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resins.

Carbon fiber is the most widely used composite fabric with applications in industrial area for surface decoration and reinforcement. There are some properties, such as light weight, high strength, high modulus, thermal insulation, electrical insulation, abrasion corrosion resistance and so on. Better than those of steel and aluminum materials, the products made of carbon fiber materials have great physical and chemical features, making them widely used in different fields.

Yarn type of this 200g carbon fiber fabric is 3K carbon fibers. The woven fabric is weighed at 200g/m2 and it is in twill weave. Thread count is 5/5. Thickness of this fabric is 0.3mm. Width can be customized, but 100cm is very common and convenient width which are available. Especially for sample orders.
