Introduction

Hydraulic crimping tools are primarily used in the power utility and electrical industry for crimping/termination of electrical lugs, sleeves/fittings, connectors, wire ropes and earth connectors. From small copper power cables up to large underground power cables, overhead distribution or transmission conductors. They can be used in numerous other industries and applications that require crimping. A range of tools and equipment models are available such as: manual hydraulic crimpers, battery hydraulic crimpers or remote head crimpers (operated from manual, electric, petrol or diesel pump). Head types vary with C crimp head, flip top, H crimp head and scissor crimp head.

Function

1. The compression pliers aredesigned for hydraulic crimping on power calbe and wire.

The crimped conductor is tested in high conductivity and close contact so that it's uneasy to break out and turn hot.
2. Crimping tool Open cut design for convenient operation.
3. Crimping tool dies are quickly put on tube by double speed unit.Then compression force lift and automatically change to low speed.The operation finishes with energy saving and time shorten.
4. The head of the hydrailic crimping tool could be rotated 180°freely for narrow space working.
5. Fitted with safety valve.When pressure reaches to limited max.Value,pressure release automatically to prevent over pressure.
6. Fiberglass insulated handles to prevent accidental electric Hitting.
7. Packing case is made from robust integral plastic box.
