Description:

1.The entire production line USES proprietary sizing and cooling systems,adopt water film lubrication and water ring cooling,to meet the requirements of pp PE material, to ensure that the high-speed production of thick-walled tube is stable in diameter and roundness.
2.The vacuum sizing box with multi-stage vacuum degree control is specially designed to ensure the dimension stability and roundness of pp PE pipe.

3.PLC is adopted for programmed control, with good man-machine interface, and all process parameters can be set and displayed through touch screen. Special extruder for marking line can be assembled to produce tubes with color marking line in line with national standards.
