When the machine starts running,the sludge is pushed into the filter cartridge from the feed inlet and then moves to the sludge cake outlet under the pushing of the helical axis blades.Because the gaps among the helical axis baldes will gradually getting narrower,the sludge is undering heavier pressure.Then the water gradually comes out from it as a result of pressure differential and issues from the filtering space between the fixed plates and the moving plates.Relying on the self-cleaning function of the fixed plates and the moving plates,block can be well avoided.At last,the sludge cakes are pushed by helical axis after being fully dewatered and then discharged from the outlet.

Description

The device is mainly used for sludge dewatering, the moisture content of sludge after dehydration can be down to 75% - 85%.

• Main body can self-cleaning due to the special structure, threr is no need to use a lot of water for cleaning to prevent clogging. Compared with the same capacity of dewatering machine, screw rinse water consumption is only 1% of belt . The rotation speed of screw shaft is 2-5 turn/min , low power consumption. Power consumption is only 5% of the centrifuge, at the same time, no noise during operation as slow rotation speed and intermittent flush.
