The H-beam & T-bar production equipment include:

1. Face Corner Rounding Machine: This equipment is used for corner rounding of face edge

2. Fit up & Tack Welding Machine: This equipment is used for tack welding web and face

3. T-Bar Welding Machine: This equipment is used for welding web and face plate by Twin Tandem method.

4. T beam Straightening Machine: This equipment is purposed for straighten out the deformed part from welding by roller movement of cyclo motor & hydro cylinder. Equipment structure is designed with enough consideration of strength and durability, so it is easy for maintenance

Main structure and accessories of T-bar production line (T beam automatic fit up line):

- Web positioning device A: Hydraulic tilt, automatically clamp and centering

- Web positioning device B: Hydraulic rotation, automatically centering

- Flange positioning device: Pneumatic clamp and centering

- Input conveyor: 12m

- T beam assembling & welding machine (2 in 1 machine): Main framework, hydraulic system, 4 sets web automatically centering system, 4 sets flange centering device and 4 sets press device and so on.

- Electrical control system: Hydraulic pipeline, PLC, electrical cabinet, cable and so on.

- Welder system: Welding gun positioning device, OTC CPXS-600 welder, wire feeding device and so on.

- Output conveyor: 12m

- T beam straightening machine: It is used for flange deformation, T beam upper arch or T beam side curve
