Lenticular filters have a long history in food and beverage fields. They arose out of the need to package sheet based depth filter technology in more user-friendly, modular closed systems, especially for small batch production or medium flow rate applications. Our lenticular filter housing can be suitable for international brand's filter disk with lower cost. The surface finish totally reach sanitary grade requirement.

Operation:

Contaminated fluid enters the housing and is distributed evenly around the filter cartridges. Filtration takes place from outside to inside. Solids are collected on the outside of filter cartridges & clear filtrate is collected at outlet.
